Consent to personal data processing

By ticking the consent checkbox in a website form, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Farabi Tech Hub LLP my consent to collect and process my personal data: my name, contacts, organization details and the content of my message, and — if I fill in an executor profile or study at the academy — also information about my studies, skills, work experience through the Hub and learning results.

Purposes: to review my application and contact me; to match me to a crew for an order; to run my courses and issue a certificate; to meet the Hub's obligations under the law.

Separately: the Hub may show my profile to a client only after I agree to that specific project. This consent grants no blanket permission to show me to every client.

The consent stays valid until withdrawn. To withdraw it, write to farabitechhub@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not cover processing that has already lawfully taken place, nor documents the Hub is legally required to keep.

Versioning

Every form submission records the version of the policy in force at the moment of submission. The current version is shown at the top of this document.
