1. General provisions

This document is a public offer by Farabi Tech Hub LLP (the Hub) to enter into an agreement on the terms set out below.

Submitting a request through the website forms confirms that you have read this offer. Specific services (participation in programs, hosting events, corporate solutions) are arranged under a separate agreement or invoice.

2. Subject

The Hub provides access to development programs (incubator, accelerator), organizes events and delivers corporate services. The scope, timeline and price of each service are agreed by the parties individually before delivery begins.

3. Handling of requests

Requests are accepted through the website forms. The Hub responds within a reasonable time and does not guarantee admission to its programs: selection is carried out by the Hub committee.

4. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the website. The database is located in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
