The hub brings company orders into the university and carries the responsibility to the client. You join a crew in your own field: you do the work, you are paid under contract, and you leave with a case study for a real client.

5steps on the ladder
To be straight: we do not promise guaranteed income. Pay depends on the role and the budget of the specific order; the rates on this page are guidance, not a commitment by the hub.
How to start
Four steps from student to a paid order
No step asks for money or connections. It asks for time and for something you can actually do.
- 01
Take an academy course
The basic course gives you a shared language with the client: how a task is framed, what acceptance means and why deadlines beat elegance. The course is free and ends with a certificate carrying a verification code.
- 02
Create a contractor profile
The profile is your shop window: field, skills, hours per week. A curator reviews it, and the profile becomes visible to crews.
- 03
Apply for a role in a crew
For every order the hub assembles a crew: data annotator, lab assistant, engineer, lead. You pick a role you can handle and apply — the order curator runs the selection.
- 04
Deliver the order and get paid
The hub signs the contracts — with you and with the client. Once the work is accepted the crew is paid, and your profile gains a record: order delivered. That record is what moves you up the ladder.

Only the hub raises your step, and only on delivered orders. You cannot award it to yourself — that is exactly what makes it worth something to a client.

A real client case
At an interview you show work done for a company, not a coursework project.
Academy certificate
With a verification code: an employer opens the check page and sees it is genuine.
A hub reference
A letter signed by the curator for those who carried a project through to acceptance.
Priority in the accelerator
After crew work, your own project enters selection ahead of the general queue.

This is your shop window for clients: field, skills, delivered orders. A curator reviews the form and opens access to crews.
A profile binds to an account. Sign in with Google before sending and you will see it in your account right away; without a sign-in a curator links it for you.
Your step, rating and delivered-order count are set by the hub on the record of real work — you cannot set them yourself. Contacts are visible to the hub team only: they never reach the public page, and the student base is not shared with anyone.
